Addressing the Opportunity Gap
Despite the economic boom in Dallas and across the North Texas region, too many local residents are left behind. 40% of Dallas households are low income, with many working adults lacking access to the upskilling opportunities necessary to advance their careers (Source: Cicero Study, 2021). Pathways to Placement addresses this disparity head-on, turning the underserved workforce of Dallas into the fuel for our region’s economic engine.

Targeted Upskilling
We don’t just train for the sake of training. We offer industry-specific certification programs that are directly aligned with current employer demands in market. This ensures that every hour spent in the classroom translates to real value for job seekers in Dallas and the surrounding North Texas region.
Barrier Removal & Wraparound Support
We understand that life happens. To ensure participants can focus on their career development journey, we provide essential wraparound support throughout the region. This includes referral assistance with childcare and transportation, and hands-on digital skills coaching, helping job seekers complete the program and achieve their career goals.
Direct Job Placement
Training is only the first step. Our Dallas-based team coordinates directly with employer partners across the region to secure higher-wage jobs for our graduates. We are dedicated to creating direct bridges from the classroom to careers that sustain local families and strengthen neighborhoods.
