Yes! We are always accepting donations. Please check our Donation Guidelines to see what items we can and cannot accept.

Donating is easy and convenient with dozens of Donation Centers and Express locations open every day. Most locations are open from 7:30 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 10 AM to 7 PM on Sundays. Please use our [Donation Center Locator] or call your nearest location to confirm current hours.

Request a tax-deductible receipt when you donate by clicking on our prominent QR code signage in the drop off area, before you pull away.

We currently do not offer home pickup services. For large-scale or business donations, please contact your local Goodwill to discuss options.

Yes! You can donate cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, and more through our trusted partner. Your vehicle will be picked up for free, and you’ll receive a tax-deductible receipt. Visit donatecargoodwill.org to get started or call (888) 387-7330 for details.

Donated items are sold in our stores to fund job training and career services for people in North Texas. Items that cannot be sold are responsibly recycled whenever possible.

We cannot accept mattresses, hazardous materials, large appliances, or broken/unsafe items. See our Donation Guidelines for a full list.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate individual volunteers. However, we proudly offer meaningful volunteer opportunities for corporate volunteer groups.

We are always looking to partner with local businesses that want to make a real, hands-on difference in our community. As a Corporate Volunteer Partner, your company organizes a group, and we handle the rest, creating a purposeful and engaging experience for your team. During your volunteer event, your team will have the unique opportunity to “shop” in our facility for local non-profit partners and the individuals, families, and pets they serve. Every item selected goes directly to someone in need, delivering tangible support and real hope throughout our community.
