Since its inception, Goodwill’s 10th annual event has raised more than $14 million, providing vital funding for workforce development programs that empower North Texans facing barriers to employment recognize and reach their full potential through meaningful work. 100% of the proceeds from THE LUNCH go directly to supporting free job placement and career services to more than 2,000 people annually.

2024 Recap
Around 700 guests joined Goodwill and chair Kathryn Cassidy for THE LUNCH 2024, featuring a Q&A with previously retired Olympic gold and bronze medal-winning alpine ski racer for the U.S. Ski Team, Lindsey Vonn, moderated by Hannah Davis, at the Omni Dallas Hotel on Thursday, October 3rd, raising a total of $1.5 million for Goodwill’s Workforce Development programs.
