Virtual services are available Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm and can be accessed by emailing Goodwill at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, the safety of our customers, donors, program participants, and employees remains our top priority. Like you, we want to do our part to ensure everyone’s health and well-being.
In accordance with the Dallas County shelter-in-place mandate, effective on Monday, March 23rd at 11:59pm, Goodwill retail stores and Job Connection Centers are closed to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. Goodwill donation sites will remain open from 9am-6pm. Goodwill will continue to collect donations to prevent dumping and protect our communities from unsightly waste. We will do so with a limited number of staff and enhanced protocols. We ask our community to patiently wait to donate their items until April 4th to ensure that we properly prepared to accept their donations.
We realize that this is an unsettling time for many, and we are committed to delivering our mission to those in need during this difficult time. As such, Goodwill will continue to provide virtual services at this time for employment assistance, job leads and other local resources by phone and email. Virtual services are available Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm and can be accessed by emailing Goodwill at email@example.com.
Our hearts go out to those families directly impacted by the virus. During these uncertain times, it has been inspiring to see people and communities come together with a singular purpose of taking care of one another. We will come through this stronger together. And when we do, Goodwill will be ready to put your donations to good use in helping our community get back on its feet by providing employment, job training and placement services to those in need. Thank you for being part of our Goodwill family.
