100% of your donation is used by Goodwill to provide jobs and job training.

Your household donations and financial support provide jobs and job training for people with physical and mental disabilities and other disadvantages. Community participation is vital to the success of Goodwill, but more significantly, to the success of the individual lives we touch. Your investment in Goodwill will bring about a broader sharing of compassion, energy and resources so that more lives may be touched by the vision which guided our founding.

Goodwill Industries of Dallas has more than 20 Donation Centers throughout the Dallas Metroplex to accept your donations. All donation sites are open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Note the Donation Center located at the Greek Orthodox Church (Alpha and Hillcrest) will be closed Monday, September 25th thru Tuesday, October 3rd.

What can you donate?

The types of donations we can accept:
Clothing, shoes, toys & games, computers, computer accessories, household items, electronics, cell phones, sports equipment, small furniture, small office equipment, small appliances, etc.

A good rule of thumb is: If you can’t pick it up by yourself and/or it doesn’t fit in the trunk of your car, it is probably too big for Goodwill to handle because it is our mission to employ people with disabilities. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Donation Centers cannot accept:
Televisions, large furniture, large office equipment, large sporting equipment, large appliances, etc.

Is Your Company Remodeling or Upgrading?

Oftentimes, when companies relocate, remodel or upgrade equipment, the following question arises: "What are we going to do with the equipment, furniture, and fixtures that we are replacing?"

Consider donating it to Goodwill Industries of Dallas! We accept all electronic equipment.

If the corporate donation meets certain requirements, Goodwill may arrange pick-up service at your place of business.
